Zerorez was nothing short of phenomenal cleaning my stairs, halllway and 3 second floor rooms. Great customer service- great communication regarding setting up an appointment, calling prior to arriving at our home, quality of service and love the fact they can extract the dirt without chemicals or detergents. They cleaned an area rug of mine also, that had been spilled on many times by my darling sons and I didn’t think it looked that terrible but they took a picture to show before and after. We had our hardwood floors cleaned this morning-they look fantastic! We went with the Satin finish. I love that they were able to clean the floors so well without using toxic cleaning solutions, especially now that I have a 7 month old crawling around on these floors. Carlos was prompt, courteous and professional. I look forward to using Zerorez in the near future to clean our carpets.
